Electronic Weighbridge

Construction

The typical Electronic Weighing consists of a fabricated platform, 4 or 6 or 8 load cells, junction box, Load cells cable (from J. Box to weigh bridge cabin) and weighing indicator. Electronic weigh bridge can be classified as:-

Pitless type / surface mounted weighbridge
Conventional pit type weighbridge. Pitless weighbridge saves the cost of civil work. It is useful in areas where hazardous gases are present in the atmosphere, where the soil is rocky, & in low lying areas where water logging is problem. Pit type weighbridge occupies less space as the ramps are not required on either side.

Type WFEW-SM platform are installed on ground, and have guards on the sides.

Type WFEW-PM is a range of low-height flat platform for installation on ground, or for in-the pit installation to be flush with ground level.

Unique Suspension Mechanism

This special feature eliminates the need of cumbersome constrainer/Tie rods & thereby eliminates friction.
Better accuracy and repeatability
Avoids shock and side thrust loads to the load cell thereby ensuring long life of load cell.
Easy access to install, inspect and maintain
The suspension design allows the platform to swing in the direction of the movement of the vehicle & thereby absorbs the lateral & transverse breaking forces maintaining better accuracy, reliability and repeatability over a long period.
